Lou Ann has an extensive background in retail management and has a true passion for people as well as an exceptional understanding of the importance of providing outstanding service for our families. She was born in Idaho Falls and has family here which is what brought her back to Idaho after living in Dallas, TX. Lou Ann enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, golf, and camping and is most happy when spending quality time with her husband and their two boys.
